All staff are so kind and sensitive to my Ace''s (dog) and families needs as we are struggling with finding out more what may be making Ace sick, and if there will be a treatment. The upfront honest, yet kind way the team has delivered such difficult news to me was very professional, and the doctor was able to answer all my questions and still clarify what he did not yet know, and being realistic in offering hope while helping me prepare for the worst. Thank you for being a trusted, kind, and caring professional group!
I wouldn't dream of taking any animal anywhere else. The staff is wonderful and friendly, and Dr. G's concern is always evident. I love this place. They always try to make a visit as stress free as possible for the pet as well as for the owner.
The staff at Prospect Veterinary Hospital we're very concerned about our pet's condition. They took excellent care of our cat,and us as well, keeping us informed, and treating us with respect. We've been coming to this Veterinary Hospital for many years,and they've always been good to us and our four legged friends
The staff and Dr's are very caring and very understanding and very easy to talk with especially when your pet is getting up in age you help with making the years they have left comfortable for them and I personally appreciate that.
Won't trust my furry friends in the hands of anyone else.(unless emergency & haven't a choice) From the girls that greet u to the doctors & the techs....everyone is great
