As a general contractor I found the workmanship of Unlimited Roofing to be excellent. Chris is very reliable and I respect his work enough to have had him do the roof of my own house.
I don't have to oversee any work because Chris is always on site and if there are unforeseen issues with plywood or any questionable siding etc, his crew is proactive and bring the issues to light so they can be fixed correctly so that the roof will perform as expected.
I have used Unlimited for several roof replacements so far. I am a contractor but I used Chris and his crew because they are knowledgeable and conscientious, going the extra mile to assure that the roof is above and beyond any codes and regulations. The town inspectors that have come to inspect the jobs they have done for me have nothing but praise for the quality of work they see.
Awesome roofer...... doesn't overcharge..... .....came to my house in the middle of a major rainstorm within 1 hour just to do a temporary fix on a major leak on a Sunday when he was closed. Doesn't try to sell you a whole new roof either....works within your budget and the situation and makes the best of it when you are tight on money. Chris is a wonderful human being and we are very grateful for him.
My wife and I had a great experience dealing with Unlimited. They quoted what the roof needed and didn't try to sell any unnecessary repairs or a complete roof replacement like the competition quoted. I physically got up on the roof myself and inspected the work which proved to be exactly what was agreed upon. The crew were helpful, friendly and most importantly cleaned up after themselves. We couldn't be happier with the results and our water issues have been eliminated!
