The Ophthalmologist, Retina eye specialist, and receptionist were all rude. When addressing my concern about my preexisting eye condition, mid-sentence, the Ophthalmologist dismissively walked out of the room, rushing me to the reception area. Noting concern about my eye exam, I was directed to see the Retina eye specialist within the same week. Initially he seemed very warm, giving me an opportunity to express prior treatment and ongoing symptoms. Shortly after, he presumably diagnosed my valid concerns as "anxiety", and dismissively stated that there were patients with worse concerns waiting to be seen. When leaving to give the receptionist paper work, she rudely ignored my mother's and I presence two minutes before I addressed her in order to be serviced. The only person I was delighted to have met during my visits was the Optometrist named Jessica. Jessica was not only professional, but she was attentive, conversational, and an overall beautiful human being. She is the only reason why I gave both of those unpleasant visits more than one star.
